Picked this book up when I attended a lecture given by the author He was one of the keynote speakers at a symposium dedicated to exploring child and teen stress He is one of the best speakers I've ever heard The contents of his lecture jibed so closely with my personal experience as a stressed out child and teen and as an adult undergoing treatment for stress that I can't imagine the contents of the book would be anything less than exceptional Looking forward to reading his book
